Want to learn HOW YOGA WORKS?

Join this all-encompassing 4-week series broken down to introduce the traditional and typical poses you can expect in most classes and how to personalize it to your specific body structure. You will also learn the fundamentals of mindfulness, practical breathing techniques, and how the Yoga Wall works.

We have structured this program with the intention to give every student a solid platform to take their yoga practice anywhere.

April 25 - Pose Element: Seated and forward folds. Meditation: Belly Breathing. Class style: Blended Restorative + Gentle

May 2 - Pose Element: Standing + Backbends. Meditation: Mindfulness basics. Class style: traditional Hatha, no vinyasa flow.

May 9 - Pose Element: Movement with breath + Twists + Inversions. Meditation: Loving-Kindness. Class style: Beginner Vinyasa Flow

May 16 - Pose Element: Applying it all to the Yoga Wall. Meditation: Yoga Nidra. Class style: Bringing it all together.
