Restorative

Our Restorative Yoga class is intended to create a sense of bliss, balance, and harmony within the physical body. The few postures that one can be guided through are all taken on the back and each position is offered with several props to enhance the state of divine relaxation each hopes to achieve.

Gentle

With a slightly faster pace than Restorative, a gentle class is perfect for those who are brand new to the practice who need a kind introduction.

Hatha

In Hatha Yoga, there is a deeper focus on holding and releasing into each pose. With this in mind, one can expect to sink deep into postures keeping the focus on form, alignment, and breath.

Aroma Yoga

In this class essential oils are used to enhance the meditative state that comes with a yoga practice. The smells and healing aspects of these oils will anchor you to the present, while providing a unique experience to your flow.

Evening/ Strengthening Flow

Challenge your physical body with this vinyasa flow. These classes are designed to marry each breath to a movement, forcing you to move with trust, intention, and a steady pace.

Mellow Flow

Challenge your physical body with this vinyasa flow. These classes are designed to marry each breath to a movement, forcing you to move with trust, intention, and a steady pace.

The perfect midday pick-me-up, this vinyasa flow is an open-level class that energizes, resets, and prepares you for the remainder of your day.

Lunchtime Wellness

Yoga Wall classes are perfect for those looking for a deeper stretch. With the wall as a constant and stable prop, you can find space in postures that may have proven unavailable when you weren’t supported. Great for athletes and runners.

Yoga Wall

This class offers you the ability to fly! Suspended in hammocks, this fun class offers the opportunity to explore the feeling of being weightless, while moving in and out of poses that are guaranteed to make you smile.

Anti Gravity®

This blissful class focuses on meditation and relaxation. You can expect a restorative structured sequence for the first 60 minutes, followed by a 30-minute guided meditation. The entirety of the class keeps you reclined on the mat with the added comfort of blankets, pillows, and props.

Sunday Service

This class combines two styles of yoga: Yin and Vinyasa. The beginning of class is taught following the vinyasa structure of warming up the body through flows and movements that match the breath. The second half of class introduces poses that require more time to sink into. Your warmed muscles are given the chance to remain in each pose of the Yin section for 3-5 minutes, giving your body the opportunity to release deeper into each posture.
